Supported Independent Living (SIL) – 24/7 or flexible support to help you live safely and confidently in your home.
Personal Care Assistance – respectful support with daily activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
Developing Daily Life Skills – building independence through training in cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal organisation.
Travel & Transport – safe and reliable transport for appointments, shopping, work, or social outings.
Community Engagement Programs – opportunities to participate in local activities, events, and social groups.
Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support – assistance with planning and preparing healthy, enjoyable meals.
Household Task Support – help with cleaning, laundry, gardening, and other home-related tasks.
Short & Medium-Term Accommodation (STA & MTA) – comfortable stays in safe, supportive environments.
One-on-One Respite Care – personalised short breaks to support both participants and their families.
Adaptive Equipment Provision – guidance and support in accessing equipment that enhances independence and mobility.
